Kristina has worked in the legal firms since leaving school and has been part of the Dawsons team since 2018 — first as Claire's PA, then returning part-time in 2023 after starting her family. Kristina has completed a Legal Executive certificate and Diploma in Conveyancing. Today she leads operations for the firm, making sure the systems, files, and behind-the-scenes work that support good client service all run smoothly.

Outside the office
Kristina spends her time with her family and friends, and is a regular at Zumba.
